THE LAMP POSTS AND STREET SIGNS ARE ALLOWED
TO REMAIN BENT FOR 5 YEARS AFTER BEING
HIT BY LAW TRACTORS
AT LEAST A DOZEN HOUSES HAVE MISMATCHED PAINT COLORS







A RENTAL PROPERTY, USED AS AN AUTO REPAIR
FACILITY, AND JUNK LEFT IN DRIVE AND IN THE PUBLIC STREET THAT WAS BLOCKED FROM JUNK








CONCRETE STEPS ARE ROTTED & BROKEN
THE ORIGINAL "BUSH-LINE" ON ROUNDHOUSE RD.
WE ARE LEFT WITH DEAD BUSHES & SHRUBS THAT WERE NEVER REPLACED
FERREL CATS ABOUND IN OUR HOA COMMUNITY
--POSSIBLY AS MANY AS 4 to 6
OUR "OLDE TOWNE" SIGN HAS BUSHES AND PLANTS
THAT BLOCK & HIDE HALF THE SIGN
